On 16.06.2020, Professor Dr. Ioan Doltu, ancient General Attorney and honorary vice-rector of the "Andrei Saguna" University of Constanta, Romania, launched in the auditorium of the aforementioned university his book entitled "I have something to say to you", in the presence of the General Attorney and numerous magistrates and professors. On this occasion, Professor Dr. Dragos Chilea, President of the ICB, offered Mr. Doltu a plaque as homage, reading: "A life dedicated to criminal law".
