Prof. Dr. Dragos Chilea, President of the ICB and Prof. Dr. Jaume Antich, General Secretary of the ICB, participated in the conference _ organized online by the Maritime University of Constanta, Romania. The two interventions of the Ex Co representatives were appreciated by participants comprising prosecutors, lawyers and professors from 6 countries: Bulgaria, Moldavia, Ukraine, the Czech Republic, Spain and Romania.
