The 5th edition of the International Scientific Conference on “Cybercrime

Cybersecurity Pandemic COVID-19 context” took place from June 3-5, 2021 at

the Maritime University of Constanta.

It brought together senior representatives of the prosecutor's office, police

and coast guard, lawyers, professors, as well as other cybersecurity specialists

from different countries such as: Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Greece, Italy,

Moldova, Mali, Spain and Ukraine.

The International Criminal Bar was co-organizer of this event. It was

represented by some of its members: Prof. Dr. Gabriel Manu, Prof. Dr. Ramona

Mihaela Coman, Prof. Br. Mădălina Botina, Prof. Dr. Vincenzo Carbone, Prof.

Dr. Laura Guercio, Prof. Dr. Spyridon Vlachopoulos, thus by the members of the

Executive Committee, respectively: Prof. Dr. Jaume Antich-Soler - General

Secretary of the BPI, Me. Abouba Ali Maiga - 1 Vice-President of the BPI and

Prof. Dr. Dragoş Chilea - President of the BPI.

All of them made very interesting interventions that were appreciated by

the participants.

The International Criminal Bar will sign a memorandum of cooperation

with the Maritime University of Constanta, aimed at training lawyers in

cybercrime, so that they can acquire the necessary skills to participate in

proceedings relating to computer crimes.

prestigious international meeting.

The Defence Office of the Special Tribunal for Lebanon thank you again for your participation in the Fourth International Meetings of Defence Offices which were held in London, on 25th and 26th of November 2016.
